🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s our return policy:

    ✅ Standard Abayas (Non-Customized):

    • Return Window: Returns accepted within 7 days of receiving the item.
    • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
    • Refund Method: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the item is received and inspected.

    🚫 Custom Tailored Abayas:

    • Due to the personalized nature of custom-tailored abayas, returns are not accepted unless the product has a defect or an incorrect size was provided by our team.

    ⚠ Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
